Did you Know

I also have a recipe blog?  Yes Sir, I sure do.  I love to bake, cook, and anything else that involves food.  Which is code for "Mostly Eat"!  My mouth is watering just typing this.  
 Now let me tell you its full of fat, preservatives, gluten, sugar, dairy, and will probably make you gain 5 lbs just by looking at the recipes.
So if your diet consists of only whey protein and vegetables, don't visit my recipe blog or it might just make you start eating real food again.
